The model informally known as "the elephant:" v2 is in search of a name, with a working title of "the systems model of a user experience."
A framework for understanding the user experience—I see it as a conceptual successor to Jesse James Garrett's Elements, that includes a user representation as well as a product/site/service representation, and helps highlight the need to balance forces on both sides.
This is one slice in time (one frame), so multiple frames can be stacked to create various levels of narrative. While our one-pager shows the nodes, the important part is the connections between them.
